Title: MkV 2006 Jetta TDI
Post by: EVIL5LITER on August 04, 2006, 06:50:34 am
I have noticed that most of the information on this website is for the MkIV and older TDI Jettas.  AFAIK, the newer MkV TDI's are electronically controlled now as opposed to the older style injection system.

I'm very new to this stuff and was just curious if anyone has fooled with these things yet or not.

Second vote for TDI Club.

Also, FYI, ALL TDI's have been electronically controlled since their release in North America in 1996.
The MkV no longer uses a rotary injection pump however.

To be exact MacGyver, no rotary pumps since 2003.

Injector pump technology, like on the duramax.
