Hi,i have a question for the turbo diesel lovers out there
I have a split pipe and was wondering what it does? it pulls very very well for a 70hp engine, its a 1.6 engine code jr

the pipe is a short rubber one that attaches to the metal pipe that comes from the round thing that is attached to the manifold on the turbo
(the metal pipe is pictured far right and runs by the side of the alloy part of the turbo
Cheers bert

that would be the waste gate actuater line. If its split and the car runs good I would suspect the wastegate is frozen closed
