Now I have successfully got some into the USA, I am happy to offer a few more out. They are meticulously drained, then packed in plastic, plastic a sealed plastic container surrounded by foam in order that they arrive undamaged and they don't stink of diesel when they are sat on the desk at customs.
I am selling them on the basis that they came out of cars that ran, I can't guarantee the seals. Personally, I would change these anyway. Seals are available stateside.
These are 300tdi LR Pumps that can be fitted to all 1.9 Direct Injection engines with little modification to your bracket/pulley setup. All depending on what engine code you are starting from.
375usd shipped to the USA. At this price they are a steal.
Any questions drop me a message!
I am able to provide a machined out pump bracket with the pump if this is required (AHU/1Z ETC).

It's nice to have another potential source. How much would you charge for machining the AHU bracket? How much would you charge to machine the LR hub so that the ALH sprocket fits properly?
-
The main issue with the bracket is that it's quite a lump to ship. I would need to weigh it and work out how much extra shipping would cost with that in the box too. I can do the bracket including machining for £60. You don't need to return me your bracket at that price.
I don't have access to be able to machine stuff on a lathe for other people. I can squeeze on there for the off thing for myself but that it. Does the alh hub sit the pulley correctly? That's something I, personally, have never tried.

The ALH hub AND pulley work together great on the LR pump. The LR hub however doesn't have the correct offset for the ALH pulley, but I think the bore diameter is the same?
-
On an ALH, the pump fits straight in the bracket I believe. On ahu/1z the bracket needs the hole opening out
-
any more takers?

How much shipped to Canada?

Anyone else?

Got pumps?
I'm looking to put a 1Z/AHU into an 82 Diesel Westy, and mTDI seems to be the way to go.
Besides - Transfer AHU pulley to LR 300 pump
machine the mounting bracket hole larger for LR pump
advance and governor - keep stock
set timing by hand.
What else should I know about getting the LR300 pump to run a 1Z/AHU?
$375 shipped to Fresno CA 93705?

I would like to buy one!

I'm interested. i have an ALH going into a tracker. What else will i need to mount/align it with the timing belt?

Just the pulley and hub from the original ALH pump plus the delivery valves from the ALH pump. The snout is the same length and the shoulder is the same diameter as the ALH pump so it bolts in just fine. The ALH pulley and hub are needed for the timing belt to line up and the delivery valves are needed for the injector lines.

All,
Didn't realise I had missed a load of messages in here!
I still have these pumps and am still shipping them over to you guys. Over 250 sold now in two years!
www.wheeliams.co.uk is my website if you want to have a look. If you go on the VWdiesel facebook page, I sell most of the pumps in there and there is a very long thread full of information and people backing them up.
If you've got any questions please drop me a message!

So you are still selling these? What is the current cost? And is that shipped, to USA addresses? I'm considering picking up a spare.
Thanks!

I'm not sure if he's checking this website forum much, but he is doing these still if you contact him through his website or various VW diesel facebook groups, AFAIK
