Sorry, my french is not good enough to write... ;)

Land Rover 300TDI pump is a direct bolt on for the ALH.  Use the ALH pump sprocket and hub, and the ALH delivery valves.  That's it! Nothing to it.

There is a way to use a combination of TDI, AAZ and 1.6 pump parts to make an M-TDI pump, but the Land Rover pump is a much simpler solution as it does not require any modification.  They are somewhat commonly available on eBay in both new and used form:
