What don't you like about them? Bad customer service or cheap parts?

Service

A lot of their parts are pretty poor too...

I had a water pump fail within 250 km that I bought from them.  It came with one of the bolts half installed.  Shoulda just sent it back, but oh well.  The bearing started creaking so I replaced it with a good one.  Serpentine belt tensioner pulley failed within 250 km as well, plus it had a casting line on the surface that cut a groove in my brand new serpentine belt.  Dipstick funnel from them cracked on installation and didn't fit the OEM dipstick properly... I have my oil heat exchanger that seems to let my oil temps get suspiciously high...

Only other parts I got from them were all brand name; I got my ARP head studs, my Peloquin LSD and my Victor Reinz windage tray/oil pan gasket.  Those were all fine.
