Hi,
Anyone interested in a Golf/Jetta mk1 1.6TD 200whp setup?
- Holset HE200WG-5cm, only a few hours of running, downpipe flange with 3" v-band - 500$
- Custom equal runner manifold, mild steel. No cracks or anything, wrapped - 400$
- Custom 3" downpipe, attached with 3" v-band at turbo, 2.5" v-band under car - 100$
Water cooled intake manifold not for sale unfortunately
Being sold as owner is going for an ultra fast 200whp compound setup ;)
Here with an earlier HE221W turbo:

That is one sweet looking engine you have there!

What was this on?

Car wise?

Have you read the text? ;) Golf mk1/A1, already sold

Any pics of the HE200WG with downpipe flange / V band setup? I haven't been able to find any good drawings / diagrams of the HE200WG online.
That turbo sounds very good.
Steve.

This setup was kinda different than what we are discussing Steve as it had a HE221W 5cm turbine housing, a odd version of the HE221W with the HE200WG turbine wheel, HE221W downpipe flange.
The standard HE200WG downpipe flange looks like this:

Flange, directly to 3" that I have drawn looks like this:

An adapter to 3" v-band can be made like this with a piece of 3" pipe, some hammering and welding ;)
