Title: What's the best way to jack up rabbit pickup and set on stands?

Bentley does not make suggestions that I could find..........Maybe my jack is just crappy, but when I lift up with the jack at the designated lift points (behind front wheel) the jack is in the way and I can't place my stands properly...  any tips appreciated - for front and/or rear.

IIRC there is a decent hardpoint at the  back mount of the control arm.

Throwing a 2x4  under the rocker panel lip and jacking by that  is pretty good on most unibody cars.
