I spoke with Giles today and i was informed that I need to send three pumps to build a 11mm M-TDI pump
AHU
1.9 AAZ
1.6
After the purchasing two cores/frht or purchasing a Rover Pump I will just buy a new 12mm assy

Done, moving on to new turbo and manifold purchase..
I think the motor is going to cost more than the Caddy...

That is awesome that you are doing this for him.
When you get the rods, please let me and all of us know what you go with and why. I really like the looks of the x beam and want them for the jeep, but I cannot justify the coin right now.

Greaseworks is doing the build for me as he has been very good customer for years on my silicone Vanagon hose kits
Will see what he chooses for the rods, there is some headwork that will happen
Iam looking for 175 to 230 hp, great for a 1900 lb caddy

I like my Integrated Engineering rods. They fit the AHU block without interfering with the IM shaft, something you can't say for most of the aftermarket options.

Not a bad way to spend 10,000 dollars

Red Rotors here has nozzles that may be better for you. Check the for sale section sticky and see if the cost vs what you get isn't better for your goals...all while supporting the owner of the site :D

I've got his nozzles in Jezebel... Though Marc was out of stock so I had to buy them elsewhere.

I have the Warp-7 nozzles. They are a tad larger than the Race-520s you see elsewhere.

Also worth mentioning - the Kerma nozzles you list above are not really suitable for the power goals you have. While they technically can get up to 190 HP with their "Stage V" treatment (which as far as we've been able to discern is done by raising the pop pressure quite a bit) the injection duration is going to be quite long at that point. The result will be higher EGTs and more smoke than if you had a larger nozzle which could inject the same amount of fuel over a shorter duration.

The nozzles will be sent in a matched...
There on the list, but not purchased
Pump is next, I found new hard lines and a new engine cover
I have to match all the ext bolts with the arp 12point s/s lange type..
Thanx
