Title: What oil dipstick tube part# can be used in place of no longer available part#?
Post by: phonkamumblefore on April 19, 2014, 08:21:44 am
New to the forum

Looking for a steel replacement dipstick tube for MF hydraulic block that can be used instead of the no longer available in North America part#, 068115629C or 068115629H. Can part# 049103635, from CR, JK, and CY non-hydraulic blocks, along with the matching dipstick, be used in the MF block?

Same or different diameter for those part numbers where it installs into the block? Is the portion of the tube that installs into the block the same length for these two different part numbers?

Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think all the block holes were the same.

I always switch out for gasoline dipsticks and tubes as I like them much better.
