i wonder if all the cars should be the same?

i noticed on my 79 german rabbit its different than that picture I have another hose being routed off the filler and the gravity valve i think is a bit different.

yours looks like the one i took off my 82 jetta when transferring its tank, and from what i remember i used its hoses to mate it to the rabbit as well.

pretty cool thing, i was able to use a heat gun to make all that yellowish old hoses pliable again to route the hoses
