I'll take a look in the pile.
I think I have both of these.
The MK2 small upper alternator bracket, that supports the timing belt cover, right?
I have one left over from a MK2 setup in a MK1 conversion that needed a homemade bracket.
...and I should have a MK2 filter bracket thrown into a bucket in the pile after a partout.

This little thick L bracket and a mk2 round fuel filter bracket :)

I wonder what happens if you don't use that bracket?  Does it allow the pump belt tracking to wander, etc.?

Looks like I used them to build the small upper bracket when I put them in the MK1s.
 Couldn't find any.
