Post by: Spokerider on January 09, 2014, 01:34:59 pm
For the 1.9TD AAZ swap into my Samurai......

Needing an oil filter relocation kit, sandwich adapter with thermostat.....something like from a Volvo or? I have the oil cooler but need the filter adapter, the sandwich adapter and filter mount.

Needing a glow plug relay and glow plug wiring harness for same.

Needing fuel filter water separator and fuel pump for priming fuel lines.

Needing a 26" vw Quantum rad with AC, the dual fans, wires / relay and shroud,.........just like the ACME 1.9 conversion rad kit. [ kind of a long shot, but maybe someone has this ACME kit ]

Needing ACME Rear Water Outlet Housing (with temp sensors for glow plug, Suzuki gauge, aftermarket gauge plug)

Needing ACME Header Pipe with Flex Coupler all Turbo Diesel

Sidekick sport 1.8 rad works good, I found a perfect hose setup to use with it too.

I'm running a racor filter/primer and manual glowplug setup individually wired.

I think a 1.8t Audi a4 will have the right oil filter bracket for aaz, I think 1.6 and 1.9 are different.

How well does the Sidekick sport 1.8 rad cool a 1.9, and does it fit a sami well?
