Might be part of what you are looking for (don't see the long nipple or nut for the oil cooler)...not mine or anyone i know:

 I have a spare TD oil filter mount but I'm not going to ruin a turbo oil supply line to get you the fitting.

It sorta looks like you could just drill and tap what you already have?

I tried the the drill and tap method already.  It's easy the strip the tapped tread and tricky to that area to seal.   With lots a Teflon tape and a few tries I did finally got no oil leak.  However I would prefer the correct part for more reliability

Drill, tap, and helicoil. And thread high temp thread sealant.

But i don't blame you for wanting the right part. Good luck.

 Much easier to drill and tap if you have a drill press and a vice.
 Drill it
 then put the tap in the chuck and turn it by hand following the same path as the drill.
 Until it's started good,
 then use a 12 point socket or T-handle to finish the threading.
