anyone know of a vw fastener that will plug the oil return hole in the back of an AAZ block? going to use a 1.6 oil pan with the return fitting on it so that hole needs to be plugged up. :D

3/4" copper pipe cut to about 1" long and then use the stock banjo bolt. That should work as long as it's not in your way.

Why not just get a stubby bolt or cut one off thats the same size/thread as the hole and run a copper washer on it?

You could even use the old copper washer from the oil return banjo bolt; I've found you can turn them around and they usually will re-conform.
If I may play devil's advocate: You could also use the top end of the turbo oil drain and splice it into the AAZ block-side drain end. That is, of course, assuming you are doing this out of preference, or don't have an AAZ pan. Also, don't forget the AAZ block is taller than a 1.6, so using the stock line won't work unless you use an extension of some sort.
