Title: What tank would i need in my b3 to use a mk3 sender....
Post by: bbob203 on July 01, 2013, 08:43:44 am
I have Wvo kit that cam from a 98 jetta the sender is to convert the stock tank to the veg tank and then have and aux mounted under the trunk or in my case probably in the spare tire well somehow. The sender in question is heated via coolant flow. Are there any tanks i could put into my b3 that have the mk3 sized hole like maybe a vr6 wagon tank??

wow.. ok...

rember when we modded your pickup? now the one you shipped off...

the height/length differance... the tank is taller in a b3 then rest due to full sized spare... why its also 20+ gal..

nonhe will... the tank will hold less fuel and put gap between body and tank.. filler neck did not move... height for trunk floor did..

the way this sender works i could extend the pick up tube to suck fuel from lower in the tank.
