Title: I thought is was going to blow
Post by: grannat on March 09, 2006, 07:26:47 am
I was driving around last night running some errands, I ran into the beer store ( I leave my car running ) but before I got inside I heard a horrible noise. It was a frayed belt whipping around in there, It was night so I couln't see what exactly it was. Looked this morning, serp belt was the culprit. Anyone have any tips on changing that belt. I did a search but found nothing.
Thanks

It's not hard to change.Removing the v-belts is the hardest part. After they are off,you just rotate the tensioner up to release the belt tension, and it slides off.
