I recently bought a set  for a 1.6 td from Altrom up here in Canada for $120.  They are genuine Bosch nozzles as well.  I actually still have them and not sure if they will get used.  If you're interested, let me know.  I'd be happy to help out.

1.6 non turbo:

1.6TD:

RockAuto sells the 1.6TD nozzles for $13 apiece, but you have to buy sets of 5 plus shipping.  Part # 0434250103.

Are Bosch nozzles good again now?  Last time I read up half of them didn't spray right and they were made in someplace nobody wants to visit.

I thought that was just the aftermarket injectors not the nozzles. ?? Maybe I am wrong.

I've had fine luck with recent Bosch nozzles.  YMMV.

Heck if I know.  I bought some reman injectors from Bosch maybe four years ago now or more, worked OK but I just drove em 50K
or so, didn't test em.  I'd heard something somewhere, might have been the Mercedes crowd, about nozzles not being so hot.
I need to buy or build/have built another set before too long.

I'll go, I'll go...  I was just thinking that I haven't been 50 miles from here in the last 3 years...depressing.  But I want to come back from there....

I bought some TDi nozzles from  Veg Injection Service in Quebec and was very happy with them.

He also carries other nozzles.

Here is his reply to me in Jan 2013

we have the nozzles for the european 1.6GTD; it's an upgrade over the Canadian 1.9TD and the north-america 1.6td nozzles.

the pricing is 85$ shipping included.

thank you

VEG Injection Service

I was really happy with the .205's in my AHU.

So... everyone says stock nozzles dump more than enough fuel... Why are the GTD nozzles supposed to me an upgrade?

There's a lot of debate about that sort of thing.  Logic says if one is smoking black on accell, there is more than enough fuel.
A lot of conventional wisdom says otherwise (like the governor mod).  I don't have an answer or an opinion worth sharing but I'm
still listening.
