Title: WTB 1.6 turbo pump

I have a mess! I need a basic pump for my 1.6, it used to be a ECO but now has a goofy pump that a rebuilder built for it! It has a Garret turbo on it and is makeing 15# of boost! Performance is good, but only getting 35mpg and black smoke! The fuel screw seems to just raise or lower the idle????

I have it set to the stock 1.6 spec, I've tried moveing it forword and back!
I also have a real problem with take off! You can't just let the clutch out even with a high idle on level ground! Yet I can push the car around by hand no problem!
