i was removing my nozzles per a pdf i found online and i clumsily let everything fall out of the injector body.
so now i dont know how all the springs and shims go back together.
a parts breakdown would be much appreciated after my failed search
-
Just take apart another one carefully. ;D
-
Edit: My post was not helpful. DELETED haha

The TDI injectors are a bit different.

that site doesnt help, i need to know what order to put all the parts together inside the injector body, not just tne nozzles. I got overly excited when i got them apart and picked the injector body up in a way to move it out of my way where everything just slid right out of it :(

You might try to give member Jim Foo a shout, he has some pix here of the DI injectors open:

(He hasn't been around for a year or so...)
He has a Rover/TDI site: http://www.66rover.com/
Closest thing I got is a diagram from the Bosch yellow-book:

If you take a picture of all the pieces laid out neatly I might be able to tell you the order.

I took another one apart and copied it, the second one was way easier to open up, dang the luck, I would take the hardest one to open up out and then drop all the innerds!!!
-
Did you maybe take a pic....?
