I was looking for an old thread on the vortex and came upon this one when the site crashed a few years ago.... :(  I hope you enjoy, as I know most of who posted in it looks here everyday.... :P  I have to be a lurker now, but I love stopping by all the time.  This probably belongs in the idi forum, but I'm sure there's enough tdi folks to fill the bill.   Still come here for lots of good diesel tips.....thanks marc

I remember when that happened. I was in the middle of a transaction with a member here and didn't have any contact info. We always pm'ed eachother. I try to now get more info when dealing with people as it was almost 2.5 weeks before I got things sorted.
