and point out what to do and where...

1994 passat 35i wagon.
came with 1.9td ecodiesel and no tacho.
this is the tacho of a 1.6gtd passat,and of course it over reads...

I'm guessing it's an issue of pulley size.

yes it is but some tachos can be adjusted...
