Title: GM Diesel Lift Pump/A Fitting Question
Post by: ein bora on December 16, 2012, 06:54:43 am: I wanted to install a lift pump on my b5 gas to aaz diesel project and after reading a number of old posts decided to go with the gm lift pump which is rated at 4psi. I have the pump on order so what I'd like to know is what the fitting sizes are so I can order the appropriate fittings. Just a long shot here but would anybody know that the sizes are? I'd like to pre-order the parts so I don't have to wait until after I get the pump.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

they take flare fittings.. 3/8, just like a 5.7 or 6.2d

3/8 coarse thread flare fitting.. promise.

just did a 5.7D lift pump not long ago..

all the fuel hard lines have 3/8 flare fittings. even at the fuel filter.
