Title: Practically free and Pretty awesome BOV Block Off Plate

MKIII center caps like the ones off Bugattis and Flyers fit just about perfectly in place of the BOV.
I think I dremeled something on the bottom a little but other than that you can use the stock V-Band type thing to hold it in place and boom you are done. I was going to take a picture but I have been too lazy. Anyway... Your welcome. lol.  ;D ;D

Like the wheel center caps?  I was honestly considering filling my bov with expanding foam.
