Title: FS T3 turbo

I have a T3 turbo off a 90s TD Jetta. Physically the turbo is in good shape however it has been sitting for a few years and the shaft does not spin freely. It does move, but not as it should. There is 0 shaft play in and out and 0 shaft play side to side.
No broken studs
