Title: AAZ timing belt cover modifications for MK1
Post by: Darkness_is_spreading on August 31, 2012, 11:27:00 pm
Hey Everyone,

I had to modify the timing belt cover to fit my first gen and here are some pics of the results....
It took a few tries but it fits like a glove around the engine and the passenger engine bracket.

Same here.

Did you have to mod the rear cover at all?  I'm using a gasser mount on my conversion and found that the stock AAZ backing plate configuration interfered.  I had to cut a piece out of the bottom.
