Title: 92 jetta TD trans feels like the clutch pedal is locked up at times
Post by: bigblockchev on August 15, 2012, 05:18:17 pm
My buddy found this on a long  hot trip. The clutch arm would not budge even if directly pushed. Seemed to go away when the engine cooled down. 360 K on  car, paid 1700 for a rebuilt trans & new clutch 12K ago. Now they wont even talk to him. I wondered if the pushrod was sticking because of the heat. Anyone have  a similar symptom or solution. Cheers Dan
