Title: aftermarket gauge sensor questions
Post by: gitkrunk on August 02, 2012, 02:07:10 pm
Hello again. Just wondering where the best place to install my oil temp oil pressure boost and egt  sensors would be on the 1.6 turbo diesel

Here's my oil temp and pressure senders (Glowshift) in my oil filter flange. (AAZ)
I have the EGT mounted in the block-off plate of the EGR valve on the manifold... I also see lots of them plugged into the bottom of the mani right under the turbo inlet. Remove the stud and drill/tap the hole.
