Title: WTB SPEEDOMETER for 1986 Jetta TD

The odometer went out on my Jetta so I am looking for a replacement.

why not fix the one you have?

there is a 99% chance that the replacement will quit working soon as well..

its VERY COMMON for vw odometers to quit working, or skip alot..

the problem is a split gear. the solution is a drop of super glue..

Repair sounds good. I'll dig into it. The previous owner reset the trip meter while driving and the ODO went out. The speedometer is still working.
