Title: t3 overspeed? with sound clip

Im running 24psi with my t3 and it sounds really high piched compared to my k24 at the same boost. Should I turn it down a bit or Is the hich piched scream at full boost somewhat normal for the t3. I am concerned since I lost a fin off the turbine wheel of the k24 because of major boost leaks; the leaks have since been fixed.

Why do you choose to run 24psi from the T3? I am just curious as you could probably get the same power with less boost, and less heat.

i was at 20 for a while just trying a little more and egt's are no higher and it did increase power. Just wanted to make sure since I grenaded the k24 and the t3 has a higher piched whine to it.

Doesn't sound abnormal at all, what went wrong with the k24?  How do u like the t3 vs k24?

I lost a fin off the turbine wheel on the k24. The two turbos are very similar can barely tell the difference, but physically the k24 has bigger outlets for the cold and hot side.
