Title: Boost controller lines
Post by: Dean Erickson on April 21, 2012, 05:36:07 pm
I am going to put a boost controller on my 1.6 with a k 14 turbo. From what I understand you have to cut the metal line and put the controller in line. My question is will rubber fuel line work to tap into the metal line?

it will work, but vacuum line would be cheaper to get..

no reason really.. except id totally do it that way when I get one if I had one of those fancy flaring tools that are mini hyrdalic pistons that flare the tubing. ;D
