They definately look like 1.6 N/A injection pumps.

I could very well be wrong, but I don't think those are VW part numbers.

The drivers side, bottom mounting point is on the wrong side. On these pumps it is on the front, and it should be on the back for a VW installation. But maybe they will work if you switch out that bracket.
