Title: 82 caddy 1.6 N/A low idle for the first 10 to 15 seconds

my daily driver runs great has plenty of pep for what it is. little to no smoke and getting 45 mpg. fires up great cold or hot but will be idling near 400 to 500 for the first 10 to 15 seconds then slowly increase near 900 to 1000. has new pump. timing set with dial indicator if you cut it off and fire it back up this will not happen has to sit for about 10 minuets.

it was a air leak in my clear fuel line. thanks for the help
