Title: heated seat thermistor

I have a bad thermistor in the drivers seat.

Anyone know how to repair or specs on the thermistor?

I measured 20kOhm on the passenger side but open on the drivers and the heat on the drivers side is either full on or full off.  I'd like to just replace the thermistor if possible or leave the old one in but disconnect and rig up a second working one.

did you check for broken wires where it bends in the seat I have had to fix the elements wires a few times in my olsd seats  or stop by a wreaker and rip a seat apart  to get a thermistor out.
