Title: MLS head gasket for the Volvo 740 D24T
Post by: Powered by Spearco on February 15, 2012, 10:14:01 pm: Is there a multi layer steel head gasket available for this engine?

I've left a message with Cometic, IPD doesn't carry any diesel parts and so I thought that some of the D24 or D24T guys would have a clue?

Any info would help.

It should have holes instead of notches.

Post by: dennis on August 16, 2012, 09:28:21 am: I built one of these a while back. Just got it back on the road. I was unable to get a head gasket at the time. Got a fiber one off ebay. Im running about 15 psi. No problems yet.

i regularly run 30psi to my fiber gasket..
