If I have knowledge of him here it probably will be short lived. I will abuse power for him.

Networking engineer.. Great in his field, but not so much at all in cars.
-
Still I bet his final was written in crayon and one of his classes he probably had to retake was umbrella opening

Ah Ah Ah, Be nice now. Engineers are the ones that gave us our finely tuned machines. No dis for dat!

Clearly you have not talked with this guy.. lol. Hes a network engineer. He hasn't ever gotten his hands dirty. lol
-
No idea who they're talking but welcome to the forum! I'm new too but it seems like a great community! what kind of car are you driving?

Nope 8 V have not read of or replied to anything from such a person. Network engineers are not a bad lot overall, I know a couple and they are good people. They don't get their hands dirty either. They think it is nuts that I would drive a 30+ year old car. They start espousing the need to keep the environment clean or something to that effect and I only have to ask them the one question we diesel lovers know is the trump card.
How many miles per gallon does your 2010 car get? Oh, is that all? My old and trusty poc is still getting 45+. Boom end of that discussion.
So what did the wife do this weekend while you were out of town? Or some such twist to the conversation. I love it.
Still say don't dis the man if he isn't here. You may cast bad vibes on our otherwise decent forum.

yea dude. you really have no idea what your talking about on this one.. go grace the thread with your presence, it will make your head hurt just reading it..
-
Nope, nada gonna waste my time on it. If you gents are in an argument with a bone head on another forum that is riling you up you know the fix. Stop taking the bait and ignore the man.
-
well either way most of us can agree that his presence isn't missed here. Oh and OR Coaster, what really trips people out is when you tell em your TDI powered mk2 is capable of 1200 miles a tank (driven conservatively of course)..a fellow TDI club member reported 78 mpgs...this is also a chipped tdi, nearly identical to mine.
