My grandfather has a relatively clean one sitting around that I could pick up for a hundred or two. Pretty decent little cars from what I understand.
I believe they're a Mazda 1.8l N/A, but IIRC, the injector pump has an LDA. Might be an altitude sensitive enrichment device?

They had a 2.0 Mazda engine, same as used the Tempo/Topaz..  The aneroid was for altitude compensation..

Pretty good little engine overall..  A similar version was used a good bit in industrial applications such as Bobcat skid loaders...

They are a Perkins made under license, I had a diesel Tempo that got 40 mpg, tank after tank. Wish I still had it.
