prolly gonna be hard finding a jetta.. there not very common around here, especially a diesel..

ive been looking for a jetta coupe for years now. and everything that presents its self, is either a pile of garbage, or out of my price range..

mine is too far east.. :P keep thinking of resurecting it.. but reality is when... ive collected way too much for it.. 3k would tempt a sale of it.. i picked it up in 96... found it in mi.. from carfax it had been in mi for 8 or so mo prior and before that tx...

coupe, sunroof, ac...

at moment 2.0, schrick 268 cam, euro cis,  boge progas, euro headlights.... 80 door panels (black) 10.1" fronts, rear disks, autotech subframe, neuspeed upper in the way bar, OG never been repainted paint.. 15" atp spa wheels needing new rubber

has old old aftermarket aluminum tank in trunk... fills from stock filler neck.. supposed to be a diesel thing but fitted into cis gas, has westy diesel main tank (12 gal).. holds with the 2 tanks about 27~28 gal of fuel.. :D

not installed

euro bumpers, old old nib autoban designs body kit.. zender replica basically, 80 only dash (brown)

the worst of it.. many many years ago it was in a hail storm (way before i got it).. has some ripples from it.. but not bad enough to not fix.. been sitting undriven since 05... gas just costs too much... og paint is dead..

can the car be driven to the west coast.. hell yea... needs fluids/filters changed.. the alt pully changed along with bushings.. got that stuff.. but my idea was tdi-m.. which is in burnt toast....

i will not consider selling for less then 3k.. its solid.. i only got stuck in snow 1 time with it... was outta town and cme back into a little bit of snow..

Thanks for the reply lovinthedeez the price is right.  :)
We're headed north to Portland now from Sweet Home.
Of all the colors it could be be that is (in my opinion) the worst one..... I think I'll pass.
