Title: governor mod question
Post by: zaprzal on February 03, 2006, 12:47:03 pm
Is it worth to do governor mod on a daily use car? It's golf mk2 1.6 TD (SB code :D) with 2,2" freeflow exhaust (stock downpipe yet  :? )   I've got small turbo garrett T2 and run about 17psi, it spools up very quickly - I've got boost at low rpms. The question is if  governor mod make my car faster with that kind of boost and this small turbo? Is there any disadvantages of this mod? It's my daily use car.
