Title: Friend Going to Europe, What Parts Should He Get for me?
Post by: Cheesetoast on July 25, 2004, 11:24:05 am
i have a 93 golf td 1.9.  I heard that a 1.6 turbo/aneroid (sp) pin are good upgrades. Also getting SEAT 11.3" 4x100 rotors for the front.  My mechanic also said i should try to find a mk3 TDI intercooler.  Anything else that would be easy to find over there i should try to get?  euro hatch is a bit too big i think.  He's shipping a full pallet of stuff over.

Well, it's a bit off topic for a diesel board, but if you find any European A1 Golf GTI's, the heron head would be worth getting.

The whole engine would be a little heavy for carry on or checked baggage, though.
