Re your injectors; the issue is the difference in  block heights and injector body heights.

The pure nozzles will fit into the AAZ injector bodies.

I haven't done it but visual inspection of AAZ nozzle tips display no perceived difference from SB, MF etc

So i could use the 1.6GTD nozzels in the 1.9td nozzels then?

Are your nozzle 274's?
Below  is the mythical 308's [AAZ twin spring] and good ole Quantum TD 273's

99% sure you can. 
Engine codes... SB is the longer  issued version of RA, and both are the intercooled 1.6TD. MF is the American issued version of the CY, or 1.6TD
