Title: mk1 front camber issues

having trouble getting the camber/ caster set so that the wheel is straight up and down and not cambered in. drivers side is fine but i cannot get passengers side to pitch out anymore. any sugjestions. please help.

Is anything bent? Have you recently replaced any suspension related parts?

everything looks straight. just did a wheel bearing on it and that helped a bunch. i got the other sides camber correct but cant seem to get this side. im going to measure the shocktowers and the distance between the a arms

the material of the wheel bearing housing is pretty soft as can be seen how it clamps around the balljoint. In accidents etc it is the item which usually bends first or the most. If you can remove it and compare it on a table to a known good one, you will probably see where it is bent

bent ball joint maybe? my rabbit has variable camber, depending on where the ball joint lands. lol..

the ball joints are adjustable, as well as the camber bolts..

Mk2 control arms have slotted holes for the ball joint bolts but mk1 has round holes.

sorry, my memory bank must have mixed up those pieces of info.. and now that you point that out, i remember that IT WAS the mk2 that had slots..
