Ok here is my Wabbit, take a look at the video and let me know if that is normal boost for the car...

Yes that is the stock boost setting for a VW spec k24/k14/T3. Well, actually 9-10 psi but your boost gauge looks to read 1 psi lower than normal.
-
yeah gauge is off or you have a dirty air filter or something, shouldn't be any noticeable vacuum.
I would be so bored if I was only making 8psi..
-
LoL i still have a few gremlins to work out but ill be putting in a boost controller after i get my exhaust and suspension done, carpet kits ordered and i just installed the new black headliner.
-
Also i have a set of 4 chrome porsche door handles and mirrors with controls about ready to go.

this is about 17hp right there. will help a lot
-
Slap stickers on it too, they are good for .73 hp each. unless they go on the front then .5 hp.
-
LoL i thought the sticker horsepower rule only worked for hondas, well hell im gonna get a giant RABBIT sticker on the windshield of my car and thats good for atleast 10hp alone.....
-
On my my stock jetta with t3 I have never hit the books stated blowoff valve pressures.
What are those noises between shifts? I can't hear anything like that on my car, just some slight whining when getting on boost with the pedal to the floor, nothing when letting off.

this tint strip was good for atleast 50 wheel hp!!!
and the merc trunk badge on the grille, its gotta be good for atleast another 25!
-
An Upgrade of 140 percent and you didn't have to do a thing to the engine. What brilliance. But we all know how that rule really works.
-
So does that mean I have to take off 1.78hp for the "taco lights"? ;-)

oh, thats right, you have THOSE tail lights..
those take away atleast 20hp....... PER SIDE!
lol.
-
Nooo,
THOSE lights add HP. We just don't know how much yet. Working on the metric to chili pepper conversion factors.
Might only be less than five. Depends on where the decimal in the conversion factor ends up.

Plug the wastegate port and gain some boost!

thats the way to do it that shortens the life of your turbo.. i would rather use a manual boost controller..
