Yes, that is Andy2's car. He used to post here. He's on tdiclub more now. The car has an ALH block with a custom steel head, extensive reinforcing and a high flow injection pump built from a truck p-pump I believe.

Hi guys,Yes its a bosch A-pump from a 3.9L cummins with 10mm plungers  and gt3571 and gt4088 turbo's on it.Still plugging away on the project,we took the inj pump apart to regrind the cam.Perhaps I'll keep updating this forum as there is interest  :)

Go over to TDI Club. There is all kinds of info on this build.

The head is custom built. Meaning its a one off steel head that was cast for him. $$$!

We cast our own cylinder head and it holds up well with the stock head gasket.The bottom end is heavily reinforced.There is a picture in the first thread that shows the steel oil pan.
