I hope you don't have to pay for this stuff :o
The first link might be useful, if I ever need to work on the GTD, but the 'injector servicing' contains almost nothing of use ::).
Reminds me of graffiti above the paper in a university library 'T Crapper':
"Sociology degrees please take one!"

haha. I just posted the second one for the specs. Easier put in this form than typing from bentley manual and making a pdf.
My biggest surprise is how I can not find a service manual for a specific bosch ve pump. One would think that a company would put out technical documentation on how to service their product.

You'd get more out of the CIA...
Before I came to the American forums years ago, I couldn't even get the local dealers to give me a timing value for a Bosch pump, or even confirm it if I told them ::)...
Some of what that data omits, is the link between best operation and closeness of matching injector performance. Figures given too broad.
The statement that bent injector tips [only attained by dropping]goes without saying, but does not mention matching spray patterns. 110bar sealing seems a little crude as I thought the 'pressure holding' was for a % of operating break pressures.
All injectors are repairable/serviceable, including AAZ twin spring versions. VW did the same trick with turbos and worst of all with heads, declaring them unskimmable. Then they changed their mind after ceasing production ::)

The first alldata print is from a dealer service bulletin. I have it my pile of literature -somewhere. supposed to be dealer eyes only. But you are right about the lack of info from Bosch years ago. That;s why at the dealer we didn't want to open them, we had no specs, info etc
