40mm pulley is for 80 or 81 and earlier rigs.. it actually may have been a 1.5D only item.. i know they are quite rare, and all the ones i have, all have SLIGHT defects..

I've got a couple cast-iron ones for cars with AC. I've got the matching crank pulley too.

I MIGHT have a stamped one for non-ac, but I think I've either sold it, or it's too rusted to even think about using. I think I just saved it in case I found it's twin: I'd know what it fit.

did the cars with a/c have a different belt offset or something?

For the stamped pulleys, there definitely is a difference. For the Cast-iron, I'm not sure.
