Just as it says i need a new block since mine is cracked, pref a 1.6td block, i have all the other goodies.... :P

I have a 1.9l with no head needing reman

I also have a 1.6l no head and mechanical block needing redone. I am in central ohio - holmes county area if you like to drive let me know.

I am under the impression that all the 1.9L had oil squirters. I have no clue what the 1.9 block was or how they came since it is a Canadian thing. It is just the block, crank, pistions. The 1.6 is 100% for sure a TD block. It is just takes the mechanical head instead of the hydro.

I have a TD long block from an 84 jetta. 200 plus shipping. pulled it out running but the compression is a little low. I had the head off it and the bores looked pretty good, must need rings. I can box it up and ship it out for you via a freight broker I've been using. email me if you want it: ilikevwdiesel at yahoo dot you know what.

Its a hydro motor  300  i also have 12mm mechanical block na for 100 bucks without head  i never heard it run
