Title: WTB: 1Z Alternator Bracket and 120A Alternator

I need an alternator bracket from a '97 Passat 1z engine and the matching alternator. I'm doing a vanagon tdi conversion and the donor was in a front-end wreck. The alternator tabs and the bracket are broken so need both. The bracket has part number 028903143AB stamped on it, but I believe the vw part number is 028903139T. Will also consider a 90A alternator if you've also got the matching bracket that fits this motor.

Try ebay for the alt

I picked up a ohc Bosch 90 amp for 85.00

I know the partsplaceinc has new 1.9 aaz alt brackets with roller and arm for 189.00

Next will be a clutch pulley

Thanks for the tip about partsplace, they might have a bracket. Yes, I can probably get the alternator somewhere like ebay, but the problem I'm having is with the bracket, it is a diesel specific bracket that needs to align with the IP bracket. The TIICO bracket is for the gas motor. Thanks for the help!
