Title: Intercooler install! (mazda millenia unit on rabbit)
Post by: R.O.R-2.0 on January 09, 2011, 10:56:47 am
so, i got a tiny little intercooler off a mazda millenia yesterday. its the perfect size to fit on the passenger side of the radiator.. but it is a bit small, size wise, but better than nothing if you ask me..

core dimensions are 9" tall, 4" wide, and 2.5" thick..

overall dimensions are only a little more than that. with the charge piping hook ups and all that its about 15" tall..

it doesnt fit.. well, easily atleast..

and im not notching my core support for a temporary intercooler..

i guess this one was just a waste of time and money..

i would cut the inlet and outlet off and make them straight, but its such thin metal, and i dont have a tig torch.
