Title: Stock Spring Rates

Does anyone know the stock spring rates of mk1 Jetta's? I would like to find some sport springs that keep the ride height, but are stiffer

I have been looking at RaceLands 30mm drop springs, and while they look amazing and many have used them.. It doesn't give me spring rates. I also don't know stock rates to compare too. Help is needed ;)
