Title: INTAKE & HEAD PORTING ( EXTRUDE A HONE ) 1.9 AAZ

I installed my new head assy and it's runs smooth after it was completed by extrude a hone.

sorry no picturesof the head assy.

Getting ready to rotate my turbo for a 90 degree 1.50 to 2.00 reducer elbow ( cold side ) and I have a custom intercooler ( bell )on order before the PD130 install.

I do have some pic's of the PD130  ( polished ) that they also did for me

prices for Extrude a hone Polishing

Head list 600.00, dealer 420.00

Intake, list 330.00, dealer 275.00

What do we have to do to get the dealer pricing that you posted? What did you pay?

They have been around a long time.  Good to know they are coming down on their prices, it used to cost like $1500 for an intake back in the day.   :o

Did you have them do your injectors too?   They're showing impressive looking numbers on their diesel page (click on the Fuel Injector tab).

Probably because their patent has expired so they no longer have the monopoly.  I'm glad to see their prices come down too.
